Your immigration status can have a direct impact on your ability to live and work in the United States and be around the people you love. At the Goldstein Immigration Lawyers, we are committed to fully understanding our clients’ immigration issues and goals and accomplish this by offering a one-time paid consultation with no further obligation to retain the firm. During this consultation, you will get to know us and learn about what your potential immigration options may be. Some of the things that you can expect our attorneys to do during your initial consultation include the following:
- Thoroughly evaluate the specifics of your circumstances as they relate to immigration law;
- Answer any questions that you may have regarding your immigration case;
- Advise you about any immigration benefits to which you may be entitled;
- Develop an immigration strategy that will maximize your chances of meeting your goals; and
- Provide you with an estimate of your legal fees and discuss any billing arrangements or payment plans that may be available..
There are Some Things that will NOT Occur during your Consultation
There are certain things that some potential clients seek during a consultation that we cannot provide. For example, Attorney Goldstein will not review your immigration documentation for completeness and accuracy. If you would like to handle your case by yourself, Attorney Goldstein cannot provide you with advice or instruction on how to represent yourself.
Consulting with an Attorney Does NOT Create an Attorney-Client Relationship
Our attorneys would be honored to assume the privilege of providing you with legal advice and representation. It is important to understand that consulting with a lawyer at our firm does not mean that you have become a client. If you choose to hire our firm and our firm accepts your case, we will request that you sign a written representation agreement that defines the scope of what we will do, legal fees, and other terms and condition. Again, simply meeting with our attorneys does not create an attorney-client relationship or any obligation on our part to provide any services or representation other than the consultation itself.
We offer a free initial immigration consultation. This meeting generally lasts 15 minutes.

We understand, however, that coming into our office may not always be convenient or possible. What to Bring to Your Consultation
