Sakhile graduated from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa, completing his Bachelor of Social Science degree, Majoring in Marketing, Cultural Studies & Media. Since then, he has amassed over 4 years of experience within the customer service industry, both for corporate and personal clients.
