Eric Averion, an Associate Attorney at the Boston immigration law firm of the Goldstein Immigration Lawyers was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer. As a naturalized U.S. citizen from the Philippines, Eric understands the anxiety and experiences involved in the immigration process and will work tirelessly to help find a solution to solve your immigration needs.
Eric obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2002. He then received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2007.
During his time at college, he held leadership positions in the Harvard Philippine Forum and was also a regular participant for events put on by the Harvard South Asian Association.
Eric was the President of the Boston College Asian Pacific Americans Law Students Association while in law school. He was also an active member of the Latin American Law Students Association as well as a founding member of the South Asian Law Students Association.
After college, before joining the Massachusetts immigration law firm of the Goldstein Immigration Lawyers as an immigration attorney, Mr. Averion assisted two successful cancellations of removal cases for Cambodia and Liberia clients with his clinical work with Boston College Immigration and Asylum Project.
