How Much Does It Cost For A Mandamus Lawsuit To Get A Visa Out Of Administrative Processing?
People come to me when their visas are stuck in administrative processing. They’ve applied for a visa. They went to the interview. And instead of getting their visa approved, they were told they have to go through administrative processing.
They don’t know how long it’s going to take. It could take months. It could take years. It could take days. Who knows? Their visas are just stuck and they’re not getting any meaningful information about it.
That’s where I come in. I help people out. I’m Josh Goldstein, an immigration lawyer. I help people and families all over the world and across the country whose visas are stuck in administrative processing helping them with processes such as filing mandamus lawsuits.
I’ll Need To Talk With You First
The key question I get from people is, “Well, how much do you charge? How much is it?” The answer is that it depends. Before I can give you a fee quote, I want to talk to you first. I want to meet with you, either by phone or in person.
A phone call can also be done through video conferencing. Many of my clients are located in other parts of the country or even in other parts of the world.
We could meet face to face in my office too, of course. We have offices in Los Angeles or Boston. Either way, I need to have more information about your case before I can give you a fee quote.
Questions About The Details
I’m often asked, do you charge hourly for your legal services? The fee that I charge, by the way, is a flat fee. It’s a fixed price. It covers all the work associated with the case. Are there any other costs besides legal fees? In addition to my fee, there is a $400 fee for the court, a filing fee.
But before I can tell you exactly how much I would charge you, I need a little more detail. I need to know what’s going on. I need to know which consulate is sitting on your visa. I need to know how long you’ve been waiting.
I need to know what type of visa it is and how long the process has been taking. I also need to know whether there’s any additional information that the consul has been asking for, if you’re dealing with a 221(g), or have gotten stuck in the background check process.
I have a number of questions that I want to go through so I can learn more about your situation and see if you’re a good candidate for the solution that I have.
My Fee Quote
And then, at the end of that conversation, if I’m able to help you, I very likely will be able to give you a fee quote and tell you, “This is how much it costs,” and, “This is how long I think it’ll take.”
If you have questions about how I might be able to help you get your visa out of administrative processing and you’re interested in my help, please message me, email me, or leave a comment below. I’ll be happy to chat with you and help you out. 213-397-2880
What Our Clients Have to Say:
“Josh came highly recommended : my husband swears by him. Josh took great care of him securing him his H-B Visa, his green card, and then his citizenship. Naturally, I hired Josh for my green card and despite the uncertainty and stress of the pandemic, the process went very smoothly. Josh is super professional, prompt, always available, and with a good sense of humor to boot. I always felt listened to, supported, and reassured. No doubt I will use Josh’s services in the near future for my immigration needs.Josh really is the best !!”
