USCIS Filing Fees are Going Up

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is raising the filing fees for immigration applications.

The fees will be about 20% higher and will apply to all applications received on or after December 23, 2016 (just in time for the holidays!). Here is a sample of fee increases (I’ve added in the biometric fee, which will remain unchanged at $85):
