Over the past few weeks, more and more people have been asking me about what will change regarding the K1 VISA under the Biden administration.
Turns out – There are changes coming!
In March, 2020, the Trump administration decided to arbitrarily suspend routine processing of VISAS (Including the K1 VISA of course!)
From delays to outright REFUSING K1 VISAS…A lot of people lost hope when it came to reuniting with their Fiancés.
