Of course, with Joe Biden as our new President Elect, a lot of people have been asking me:
“Josh, what’ll happen to those of us with the K-1 (Fiance) VISA process next year?”
That’s an excellent question.
Thousands of couples have been separated because the Trump administration has decided to put K-1 Fiance Visas on hold.
But…Is the story going to repeat itself under Joe Biden? Or are things just about to GET BETTER?
